I'm a writer and editor based in northwest Arkansas. I've covered public affairs, health and other beats for the past decade in Nebraska, Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas, and I headed north in 2018 to oversee a pair of suburban community newspapers in the Twin Cities before returning south in 2020. I've also completed a master's in geography with a focus on climate, green infrastructure and development policy.
